chevy astro horn problems

Have a 2001 astro .replaced the relay .put power to horn direct and works .Had to hit steering wheel and would sometimes work ,now doesnt ..How do I get the airbag off to see if there is a loose wire ?

The horn switch is part of the air bag and the whole bag would have to be replaced to resolve it. It also requires special tools and safety precautions to remove the bag.
