I have a 1997 Chevy 1500 stepside with a 305 V8. It has 150000 miles on her. I left the windows down during a very heavy storm and since then my blinker relay has power going to it all the time. It blinks anytime the key is on. The lights don't blink just the relay activates. My turn signals and hazards still work fine. It only stops when I hit the brake pedal, which leads me to believe it's somewhere in the hazard wiring or switch. I sprayed down the relay and hazard swiich with WD40, no luck. Help
