Wiring burnt from the positive bar to the 2 relay and alternator main wire. Sign In

Hi everyone, I would like to get some details from this forum to reinstate the wiring system. My 1995 peugeot 405 Sri wiring get burnt from the positive bar to the 2 relays (for fuel pump & engine indicator for electronic system) and alternator main wire for charging. After re-connect back the relays. (there are some wires from engine area and electronic card area to the test connector beside the battery, some is also burnt. cut off the test connector and tape the wires) And turn on the switch, the fuel pump running and the engine indicator at the dash board light, and proceed to start the engine. It wont run and check the ignition system power loss, Remaining wires from engine 1.Blue(a bit bigger) 2.brown 3.white 4.green Use-2 ea white(bigger) alternator re-route to stator positive, And from electronic board (battery side) 1.Yellow and the use other yellow from key switch to hold the relay.
Hopefully someone can kindly advice?
Regards,
Jim.my

This forum is based in the United States and that vehicle was not sold here, so no access to wiring diagram information to help you out. Advice is going to be limited.

Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

I suspect that melted alternator wire may have been a fusible link and will have to be replaced with the same.
