I have a 92' Chevy Blazer (full size) and after 3 yrs. of it sitting, I finally had a new engine installed. I have began the restoration of everything else now. The windshield wipers do not work at all, however, the washer pump is stuck on, so I had to disconnect it, and when the multi-function switch is any position other than high on the windshield wiper setting, the ABS dash light comes on- dimly. Also, it seems there is some sort of buzzing sound comming from somewhere unless the switch is in the high position. I replaced the multi-function control arm, and inspected everything in the steering colum- everything appears in order there. The cruise control also does not work, although THAT problem is much older than the current one I am describing. I have replaced every componet involved in the cruise control, however it still does not work. lol... Anyone have a clue what could be going on?

Guess: Damaged wiring from replacing engine so look for areas that could have been damaged in some way, T
