Windows Don't Work, Sun Roof Does

I have a 2001 Chrysler Sebring LXI and the power windows stopped working awhile ago. The sun roof still works. The windows and sun roof use the same fuse. Could replacing that fuse possibly fix the windows or could that not be the problem since the sun roof still works?
Also my AC Fan only works on full blast and not on the first 3 settings - any thoughts on how to fix?

Toss the fuse no matter what it looks like or checks like.
One prob at a time please but A/C is a resister with description and probably on top of blower motor cask
