Windows, wipers won't work - HELP!

Good morning,
We've had about 10 inches of rain here in sunny Florida in the last four days. I drove my 1994 Honda del Sol home in a rainstorm last night - the car was running fine. I turned the key this morning, and the windhshield wipers came on and wouldn't turn off. The power windows won't go down either. Is there an electrical something that the two have in common?

I'd begin with checkin owner's manual for the related fuses and test them with a test light - would help with further diagnosis if needed. Simple test lights are as little at $4.00 at WallyWorld!
