What's this wire under the bonnet? 1996 Seat Ibiza

Hello all, :)
I'm new here, and have a question I'm hoping you'll be able to answer. This is probably an easy stupid question, but...
A few nights ago (in the dark) I removed the battery from my 1996 Seat Ibiza MK2 1.4 CLS. I charged it over night, and went to put it back in but there's a wire that I'm not sure what to do with. To me it looks like some sort of ground wire, but I have no idea where to put it, or if it was on the battery before I removed it.

What do I do with it?
Also, on an unrelated side line, I read online somewhere that the 90s Seat Ibiza had an official in-car TV that you could buy. Is it true? If so, do any of you have a picture of one?

It is some sore of battery cable, probably a ground but to be safe see if you can see what it's connected to on the other end. Don't just guess because if you're wrong it could end up in a fire.

Thank you. I think it's connected to the framework of the car, but I can't see for sure if it's the same wire. I'll have another look in a day or two, and see if I can see any better.
