Turn signals irregularly working, same with radio Sign In

I have a 2004 Chevy Classic (Malibu). My turn signals work off and on. The same applies to my radio. Some times both work, neither works, or one or the other works. I have no other electrical problem. I have a little over 91,000 miles on the car. Both worked fine until one night last year when I forgot to roll up my window and it rained fairly strongly. My radio/clock didn't work at all for 2 days. I attributed the problem to condensation on a circuit board. My signal were working though. My radio would be intermittently working (meaning sometimes it got juice when I turned it on, sometimes it didn't (it has never lost power once it was working). The radio worked two days after then rain situation, which occured appx. 8 months ago. There has been no more rain inside my car since then. My turn signals work some of the time (sometimes working and sometimes not during the same driving session. The same applies to my radio/clock. Could the problem be the fuse? I suspect a circuit borad was damaged by condensation, and the charge intermittently "arcs" or is able to complete the circuit.
