1993 oldsmobile cutlass ciera 3300, 150k miles
Basically my left turn signal stopped flashing. When engaged it stays solid. The right signal works fine, and the hazards work fine.
From the exterior, when the left turn signal is engaged the light that's paired with the headlight doesn't glow, all the other ones do on that side, but no flashing. When the hazards are engaged all the lights on that side flash as they should including the one paired with the headlight which leads me to believe it's not a burned bulb.
The flasher relay doesn't click with the left turn signal engaged, but does when the right one is so I don't think it's the flasher.
Google has been completely unhelpful. Acording to the internet, it's not possible for just one turn signal to turn on but not flash lol.
I've run out of ideas. :/

Don't think a search engine has all the answers. That side isn't drawing the correct amount of current or too much usually a ground issue, socket connection, bulb itself or wires all must be right. One side can absolutely work properly and the other side not!
Flasher for it should look like this bet the same for 4 ways but separate likely underside driver's panel above pedals possibly in tape held somewhere you could swap them just for a check but probably not that. Feel for which one click when working which is which.
They look like this - colors may totally vary...........
I say poor ground to side the doesn't work is the issue first to rule out but a 1993 is open to a lot of things (corrosion) to bulbs and socket as well,
