Taurus horn, locks, and light problems

I have a 2001 Taurus. Every time I lock the car and leave it, the horn starts going off. When I am driving down the road, the doors will automatically unlock, and I have noticed that the lights are significally dimmer even with new headlights. Could these problems be related; if so, what do I do to fix the car? Thanks!

Sure seems like some whacked alarm system issue with perhaps and quick but intermittent break in power from the battery. Check any alarm's instruction on this for now and look for lousy connections or poor charging system.
BTW -  I like your Kitty - watch out for a cat fight
