Tail light problems on a 91 Toyota camry le Sign In

im having a problem getting my tail lights to worki have changed the bulbs many times , my brake lights work and so do my rear blinkers but the tails lights wont come on . I have also checked all fuses and thy all seem good

How did you check them? A visual inspection will not necessarily tell you if the fuse is blown or not. A test light or a multimeter are the surest way to test. If you don't have a test light, go buy one. They are really inexpensive and very valuable for troubleshooting. Remove a bulb and see iof you are getting current to the light socket. If not, first try grounding the socket. If still no current, go to the head light switch to see if there is current coming from the switch to the lights. If no---replace switch. If yes, it is either a broken wire or a bad ground.
