Suzuki sensor problems

Hello
I am hoping some one can give some advice to solving a problem we are having with the car.
It is a Suzuki Jimny
Engine..1298cc
Chassis No..JSAFJB33V001132531
Milage 77.000.
Over the last couple of months,very sporadically,the car will judder,with a knocking noise,the cut out and won`t start. ( not very nice or safe when driving in heavy traffic.)
I seems to happen when the car has warmed up and gets caught at traffic lights or heavy traffic.
We had three meachanics look at it .
One said it`s a relay switch...( we bought the same ones he had pointed out as being the problem and bought new ones) and the car broke down again.
We took it to another mechanic who couldn`t find any problems,he drove the car about and left the engine running and nothing went wrong ( the car didn`t perform badly for him).
Broke down afterwards though,when he wasn`t there!
The 3rd mechanic checked and mentioned it could be the Crankshaft sensor?
I have been online to try and find one..typing in " suzuki crankshaft sensor".
What came up is a sensor on ebay for the price of £32.99...however it says suzuki Ignis/Jimny crankshaft sensor.....
I just want to make sure that this will be the one..
I would have been more confident if the Jimny was before the Ignis in the wording..
would this sensor be ok for a Jimny..?

Jimmy: Your "chassis" # suggests this is a model year 2003 - right? Know that most but not all regular techs here are from N. America and you should/would know that vehicle by name or type are not universal for the country of origin they are sold to.
Chances are the guessing could be stopped with some better diagnostics. Better scan tools and those techs that can run them. If as you said this will not act up in a techs presence that is a problem.
The part name you mentioned and which order it was named really means little TMK. Same vehicle may be sold as either and identical.
You may hate to but a dealer of this vehicle new should have the equipment to target the trouble that seems to be erratic by your description so there may be some guesswork if everything tests out fine. Technical Service Bulletins may be available if this has happened to others enough.
3 mechanics on this seems enough with no definite diagnosis,

That's why I guessed. Either should have better ways to diagnose out IMO.
If this is 10 whole years back from that I'm lost without a WWW search of what was sold where?

Yep, looks like you're right
So what year is "0"?
I don't see that engine in anything in 2010 yet it was available earlier.

There is no 0 in the year. A=2010. OP probably misprinted because he/she has more than 17 digits printed.
