I have custom wires with NGK ends.
I need to change one of the ends.
How do I do it?
Do they twist on and off or do I need to buy a crimper?

If you get a new peice to crip on the old wire that matches what you need you usually can use a crimper for either coax cable or for electrical wiring crimp items.
One whole wire might be the best choice and may be available or I'm wicked dating myself!
