Sebring heater blower control switch

2003 Sebring convertible 40K miles. Heater/AC blower works only on max setting of speed selector switch. How do I get access to the switch or the rheostat without destroying the interior?

That suggested this "resistor" can be done right thru glovebox when removed. The resistor is almost always at fault with high speed only problems,
