Rear Signal Lights, Brake Lights, and Backup Lights not working

My 2002 Z24 Cavy is having some electrical problems. Currently, the rear parking lights light up, but don't blink for the turn signal, don't brighten (or come on during the day) for my brakes, and my backup lights don't work. The front turn signals do work correctly and I get a fast blink. I have checked all fuses and replaced all bulbs with no effect. I know my brake switch is working because it does in fact light up my cyclops brake light. I am reading some places suggesting to replace the turn signal assembly for brake and signal light issues, but I haven't found mention of this being related to backup light problems as well. Anybody have any ideas what my issue could be? Thanks.

One common denominator could be no or very poor ground. Test the wires when applied for power first then back test (test light) that they also have ground. They may share one ground strap wire hidden somewhere. BTW - the "third" brake light working isn't an indicator of a good brake light switch TMK. I don't think that would have anything to do with back up lights but a common ground could, T

Thanks for the response. I currently have a multimeter, but no test light. Can I test the ground with my multimeter, and if so, how, or do I need to get a test light. One other question too. I thought that it wouldn't be a ground or power issue if the parking lights turn on, which are the same bulbs used for my turn signal. Where should I be testing exactly, which sockets or wires? Thanks again.

You could just check ohms between ground wire and known body metal ground. Hey it's a guess at a common denominator and still could be explained as the filiment for signals and brake lights within one bulb uses tons more juice and may have inadequate ground. Same as back up bulbs use more than just running lights. Wally World has a pretty neat LED scratch awl type test light for $5 bucks and pair of jumper wires for less than $2! When you know you sure which is the ground wire you could test by adding extra ground with jumper wire to body known ground. You should be able to poke in back side of the plug to bulb with bulb still in the socket. Free to test but be sure you are grounding ground if you do that, T
