Over the last week most of the electrical functions of my truck have slowly stopped working. I first noticed my radio clock not saving the time after turning off the vehicle. This went on for two days and then the radio stopped working completely (won't power on). The next day before work my lights/turn signals stopped working as well. Just today I changed out the fuses and have had no results. The truck still turns on as normal and other functions still work such as windshield wipers, heater, heater display, the dash lights for the blinkers still come on, as do such things as the check engine light/check gauges.

Sounds like a voltage distrubution problem. Because it got worse over time, I would guess it is a corroded contact. Hopefully you have a wiring diagram in a Chilton type manual. There must be a common point to all the functions you are losing. The problem could be caused by a loose fitting which gets hotter as time goes on. May be in the ignition switch or fuse panel. Not familiar with GM but most carts are similar.
