Radio/Turn Signal/Parking Assistance problem

I have a 2003 Saab 9-3 with Arc package. I was driving home in the rain one day when my radio began to make a crackling/static noise then completly turned off. At the moment The radio will no longer turn on, the turn signals no longer make the clicking noise when they are on and the Parking assistance (the sonar thing when your in reverse) are all not working. I've checked the all the fuses and MAXI fuses and they are all fine.
What else can I try to fix the problem? I lost my job and don't have the money to bring it to a repair shop.
