Now you have the service manager understanding you. Can't say what the details are but would bet you could just Google "Lemon Law" for your state and get a PDF to print and info on how it works where you are.

Keep your records and go for it. I'm surprised Ford is paying for parts that aren't fixing the problem! They might not be!

I agree - you've been thru enough with this car,

T

I don't think you would need a lawyer to activate the lemon law. They must have some type of request form to initiate the process. The Zone manager would likely have to be the one to do it.

I deleted your other duplicate post. One is sufficient.

It sounds like getting a lawyer might be what it's going to take. Research the Lemon law for your state online so you are familiar with the requirements and procedures.

I worked for a dealership. There is no way out for them, they have no choice but to repair it or take the vehicle back if you are unsatisfied. That is a WARRANTY. It's very easy all you do is show up at the service counter when most busy and speak very loudly. Sounds to me like they are mystified and like they other reply said trying to bully you. Bully back, trust me it works. Ever heard of "the squeaky whell gets the grease" ?. It's probably a bad ground anyway. Found similar problem on another Ford. Found the poor ground an Voila! Three related circuits sprung back to life!
