Power windows in 1996 Honda Civic stopped working

My power windows stopped working in my 1996 Honda Civic LX. 200k miles, 1.6L engine. The driver's window works, but gets stuck if you put it all the way down. I bought a new 4 button driver's switch, but it didn't help. Any ideas of what could make the windows work? I just need to at least control the windows from the driver's seat. Thanks

Have you been inside to scope out the situation yet? If window that can work at least the motor it may be able to go too far down and gets it stuck in the tracks. Enough miles if they are used frequently to consider new if power is getting to them properly,
