Power windows, moonroof, radio and dome light not working Sign In

I just had my windshield replaced on my 2005 Mountaineer. I has a defrost rear view mirror. Everything was working prior to the guy replacing my windshield. I let the car sit for the glue to cure and when I started it that's when I noticed no radio, no power windows, no moon roof power, and the dome light does not work. I noticed that the rear view mirror was not attached as neatly as it had been before. It has a piece of plastic that covers the wires and was wedged between the windshield and the roof of the car, which it is just hanging loose now.
No fuses are blown. Any suggestions???

Agree with Tom..
Take it back to them.

I have seen many windshields removed/installed..many of these guys use a technique where they take a long metal wire/mechanics wire, attach it the the ends of an old safety belt and after using a razor to cut thru the sealant, they insert the wire and using the belt pull the wire thru the sealant all along the windshield to cut it loose.
Upon doing this, they can/do rip thru the wiring that runs along the top of the windshield area .

Just wanted to add my 2 cents

Let us know the outcome

Jim
