Crazy I have a 2003 Dodge Durango

The right rear window quit working a few weeks ago.
The motor was dead. I have since changed the motor but the window will not work. The window cable will move about 2 inches but the window never moves.

For additional information when the window quit working it was in sub zero temperatures at night and snowing during the day.

Can anyone help me with this problem?
