The screen heater is usually a high amp circuit. Check to see if you are getting voltage to both circuits at the wiper motor and the screen heater connector. Sorry, but I have no way of pulling up a wiring diagram for you. Relay 1: "Hi, relay two. How ya' doin'" Relay 2: Hi, relay 1, how's you doin'?" Have you checked what I suggested? Relays work, or not. You have power and earth, or not. Yes, you could have a faulty relay, but....
