Hi,
To make a long story short-------A salesman crashed our 2003 Sierra into an overpass so we tore the entire bed off and rebuilt the entire thing. We put 2 LED Signs on it as an advertising truck. But anyway, everything was working PERFECT up until a couple weeks ago.
ALL of the entire new rear LED LIGHTS (RED/AMBER/WHITE) were out, now I have them all working except for when I have the headlights ON. When they are on, the rear running lights were not working, including the side markers and the license plate lights.
I rewired everything and now the LEFT side is all working but the RIGHT side's license plate light, running light and side marker are all out. Everytime I change a fuse it pops as soon as I turn headlights on.
ALSO, when the Headlights are on, BOTH turn signals blink very fast, indicating there's some kind of problem......

PLEASE HELP ASAP BEFORE MY BOSS BLAMES IT ON ME!!!!! It FAILED Inspection!!!!
THANK YOU !!!!!!!!

FYI- the fuse that keeps blowing is the DRL (Daytime Running Lights) Under the hood.......just a 10a, I can hear it pop as I turn Headlights on.....I tried to put a 30a fuse in and it popped that too!

#1 - NEVER over-fuse a circuit! Good way to burn up wiring and really make this hard to fix.

This has been in an accident so no telling what could be pinched, broken or rubbing wires or where without a hunt,
