I just purchased a new PCM. The mechanic said he was getting no signals to the Distributor. He said it was not the same
part number. I called the person I purchased it from and was told it was good and compatible for my car. Did he need
to still enter a vin# for my car- If I have it done is it too much?

No, you don't have to do that with a Daewoo.
