On spark plug boots

Hi all ,
I checked the spark plugs and realized that the wire boots are smeared with oil right at the ends, I did clean them up but the boots do get stained with oil after driving awhile... Is anyone familiar with those symptoms, how does it get fixed...?

More then likly valve cover gasket leaking filling spark plug pockets. Remember to replace PCV valve when replacing valve cover gasket.. sometimes pressure builds up and blows out gasket due to clogged PCV.
