I have a 1999 Dodge Grand Caravan with a3.3 engine. The problem is the turn signals just stopped working. The hazards don't work either. When I turn on either the turn signals or hazards I get no indicator lights or outside lights. I replaced the flasher and checked the fuses. I have power to the turn signal switch.

There could be any number of reasons why this is not working. At least you have done the fuses and flashers, which takes care of 2. You have also checked power supply to turn signal switch. To be honest, anything with turn signals that cannot be fixed by doing what you have already done is a complex problem. This may not be a DIY, you may have to take it to a mechanic to see what could be causing this. Sorry I could not be more help.
