Hey there, im new here and im in need of some help with an electerical problem.

Its an 1987 S10 pickup its has a 350 motor and the truck runs fine just

None of The turn signals work and Brake lights DO NOT work.

but my hazard 4 way flashers all work fine and my headlights both work fine.

I have checked fuses and fuses are good. I replaced all new bulbs. and i have checked all grounds and all is good.

Im kinda stumpped at the moment any help is appreciated.

Chill out for a moment with this: I don't have all the answers but leads to the issues. It has a multifunction switch in steering column which could be a trouble spot

More likely is trailer hitch wiring that is messed up - corroded or some issue - check that out.

Also - brake light switch can or will mess with things,

The best way to isolate your problem is determine if the 3rd (high mount) brake light is working as that operates independently of the turn signal switch. The 2 lower brakes lights only, run through the multifunction switch so if they are the only brake lights not working, then the multifunction switch is the most likely failure. If you find that none of the brake lights are working, then you need to start at the brake light switch and check for power coming in and leaving the brake light switch to determine if the switch is working but the multifunction switch is the most likely failure point.
