Need list of bulbs in 2000 Explorer instrument cluster	Sign In

We have a burned-out MIL light in this 2000 Explorer. Since it's such a labor intensive job, we're going to replace all the bulbs in the instrument cluster.

I want to burn-in all the bulbs overnight to avoid "infant mortality", so I need a list of all the bulbs in the cluster. It looks as if a lot, if not all, are 194s.

Can someone give me a list of the bulbs?

It's not that labor intensive. The flat rate is 1.5 and I think they are being generous there.

I believe there is 6 illumination bulbs. 194

and 18 indicator and warning lamps 161

Not sure about the charging indicator lamp. It may be a special lamp.

Just don't go cheap on bulbs. Quality counts and hard to tell as they are a pest to replace,
