Im trying to replace some wiring in the Front Passager door of my 1997 Honda Accord LX sedan. The wiring on the connector that clips into a harness, right under the door hinge, that's covered by a rubber boot, has somewhat been pulled out of the connector itself, so now my speaker, window and lock switches wont work. I'm trying to look for a replacement but Im not sure what the connector is called, the one that comes out of the car itself and plugs into the the door, like mentioned before. So thats what i need help on, is knowing what the wiring is called, and where I can get a replacement... online preferably... Thanks, Angelo

There isn't usually a connector in the vicinity but you're just talking about a door wiring harness and that's what you would ask for. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

When I open the door, there's a rubber boot I can pull back from the door, and under it there's the wires and the connector they run into that I can unclip from a white plastic object that's clipped onto the inner side of the door itself, right beside the speaker. That's the connector I'm talking about, if that helps at all.

There is no specific name for that. You just have to ask for the harness leading to the door. Don't be surprised if it is part or the main inside harness.

Yeah I was going to ask if I DID purchase the wiring harness, if it might also include that section of wiring that goes from that part of the door into the vehicle. Thanks for the replies. Much appreciated.
