Hello everyone, I'm glad that I've found such great forum. Guys, I hope that you can help me... In order to save some money on fuel, I'm planing to install the ethanol e85 kit on my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 and run it on ethanol, One of my friend uses the kit from this French manufacturer (no links please) but the problem is they have 4 models and 6 type of connectors, and I'm not sure which kit fill fit my Dodge. Can someone tell me, what type of connector do I need for my Dodge Ram ? Regards, david

David - no links please - not allowed. OK - This is perhaps only my opinion but you are opening a can of worms to do this at all for nothing. The higher % of ethanol the lower the MPGs you'll get so no bargain at all despite price - check on that. Then if you mess up the truck doing a non OE kit something you've opened Pandora's Box for all sorts of troubles. If you want more fuel economy don't drive a truck - simple as that, T

the vehicle is NOT designed or CERTIFIED to run on E85. I doubt there will be a real cost savings - anecdotal at best... Gas prices are dropping- So the investment + modifications + added expenses*, I do NOT see a benefit. Did that French manufacturer go into the corrosive problems with increased alcohol, the decreased performance etc?
