My horn is stuck on!

I have a 1999 Mitsubishi Galant. I accidentally kicked the steering wheel (don't ask) and now the horn won't stop sounding. I've been trying to look up where the fuses are located and keep turning up nothing. How would I unplug the horn so I don't have to worry about it anymore?

Look under the hood and behind the grill. You will see the horn. You can unplug them at the horn. I can not find exactly which fuse or relay controls it. Good luck.
