My Horn is not working !

I have a 1997 ford expedition 5.4L and today while driving to the store i went to use my horn and nothing happened and it worked the day prior no problem. I tried to check the fuse but it has a black hard plastic cover on it with the ford oval on it and some numbers. I dont want to have to buy one if it's not blown. how can i find out if it's blown? Thanks for your help.

A quick check you could do be for having to "work" would be go down to the horn, grab a jumper wire, hook it to a good ground & jump the horn ground wire and see if that makes the horn work....If it does you need to clean your ground.........
