Multiple Montero Alternator Failure

1995 Mitsubishi Montero LS 3.0 (I think), 250k miles.
This is my hunting truck . . . and it's had multiple alternator failure over the last year.
I appreciate any input.

My suggestion would be to just buy better quality alternators. I saw this issue once before on a Montero.
