I have replaced the fuel pump and relay switch, no electrical current is getting to the pump when the ignition is switched on, I have checked all the fuses in the cab and in the engine compartment. I dont know where else to look. If memory serves there is 12v present all the time and the ECM controls the ground. I may be mistaken, so anyone with direct knowledge or shop manual please chime in on this. If you have the 12v, check continuity between ground terminal and ECM plug.
