So my mass airflow sensor was hooked up when my truck went to the mechanic when it came back he said he couldn't find the wire to plug into the mass air flow sensor itself so I'm trying to figure out where to locate that wire and clip to plug into the mass air flow sensor. I've looked online and I can't find a wiring diagram for my vehicle it is a 2002 Mercury mountaineer 4.6 l V8 all-wheel drive and I believe the miles are at about 170-180,000

A wiring diagram isn't going to help you locate a plug in the engine compartment. I don't understand how this is even a problem. It should be pretty obvious.
