Location of 10A fuse marked "Z" Sign In

1994 Nissan Quest will not start.

I have replaced the starter, and the inhibitor relay. After probing around with a circuit tester, I was able to start the vehicle with the circuit tester on the lt green wire which is connected to the neutral switch, and having the circuit tester grounded to the negative battery terminal.

I am thinking it maybe the 10A fuse marked "Z" which I read about in another thread of the same problem from back in October 2011. However after searching all the fuses that I was able to find, I did not fine one marked "Z".

I was wondering if anyone could tell me the location of this 10A fuse marked "Z". Any info that would get me to the location of this fuse would be greatly appreciated.

I don't have a layout ogf which fuse box is which but one of them has a long row of fuses labeled alphabetically and "Z" is the end one. It's a 10 amp

Would it be the fuse box inside the vehicle on the drivers side, or one of the ones under the hood?

I pulled and checked all of the 10A fuses that I could find in the vehicle, both inside and under the hood. None of them are blown. I also checked the fusible link, and it appears none of them are melted. I am stumped. Would the "Z" fuse be located near the inhibitor relay, since the lt green wire is linked to the inhibitor relay?

I already told you that it's in a fuse box with a long line of fuses that are labeled alphabetically. I don't have a location on it.
