You can hear the flasher clicking really fast but the lights outside and on the instrument panel will not be flashing. this not a light or flasher problem. Sign In Year,Make,Model,Engine Size of the vehicle. Any parts been replaced so far? Do the lights light up and not flash? Bulbs checked? ok? Many vehicles have signal probelms related to faulty multifunction / turn signal switches.
