I have a 1995 Nissan Altima with 100,000 miles. The problem is when I press the brakes, the left side doesn't turn on but the right side works fine. I replaced the light bulbs on the left side and the problem still remained. When I turn my car lights on at night, the light works fine, but when I press the brake, the right side gets brighter while the left side just shuts off. any help will be appreciated, already got pulled over two times and got away with it.

Guess of the day: Check grounding quality of the weak bulb AND the stronger one at the sockets. Seems like they are sharing limited ground when infinate would be fine/best, T
