Sign In 2009 Buick Lacrosse CXL 3.8L The car was left for a couple weeks and died. I have a portable jump battery system. I hooked that up to it and electronics turn on like normal now when I open door, insert key. But then when I try to actually start the car it's like it goes crazy: electronics pulsate, the horn even goes off. Any idea what is happening? Sign In You've probably set off a security/alarm system by letting it go dead which is like disconnecting the battery. Betcha. Sign In Remove the battery and have it charged and tested.
