K-9 MUNDIAL-SSX Car Alarm remote stop working

Hi
I leant my 2012 Toyota Axio to a friend of mine and when I got it back the remote for the K-9 MUNDIAL-SSX Car Alarm wont arm or anything. To get in the car I now have to use the unlock button on the car keys to open the door which means the alarm goes off when I open the door. I have to put the key in the starter and press the valet button to stop the alarm. I have two remotes for the K-9 MUNDIAL-SSX Car Alarm but none of the work. The alarm was put in about 7 weeks ago so I suspect that it needs reprogramming. I followed the instructions in the manual but what it says would happen when I do each step didn't. Can anyone help me please...I cant get into my car without the alarm going off.

So this alarm was just put in and isn't working as it should. Why not go back where you bought it and have that fixed or properly removed and get another that works?
This is impossible on a Q&A forum. Did this NEW alarm get messed with by anyone or possibly even was attempted to be stolen and now broken?
