Honda accord 98 instrument cluster light not working Please help

I have a 98 honda accord 4 cylinder ex with a non working instrument cluster light. The backup light is on the same fuse and backup light works. Is there a light to replace or is it the dimmer switch? How to get to the instrument cluster? Thanks for any help.

Just by chance.......... This has a dimming mode for instument cluster lighting and is it possible that the selection is moved to lowest or off? Wild guess....
