Honda HRV 2023 battery drain

Hi, my Honda HRV did not start two times after coming back from shopping. I must tell you I have an appointment at Honda next week to check the battery. Meanwhile I have a car jumper battery that I want to use if it fails to start again. My concern is that it reads 16 volts and I wonder if it is safe to use this voltage to boost my car.

Looks like you need some on site assistance with this. If you are referring to a car battery that is not in a running car, there is no way you have 16 volts in it unless it's just a surface charge.
