High beams work but not low beams.

The other morning I started my car and I noticed the low beams flashed on then back off then would not turn on. The high beams still work, however the high beam indicator does not turn on. The low beam light indicator turns on normally and the relay clicks on. I've changed the relay, check all the fuses and checked and changed the bulbs. I've read here that it may be the switch, but since the low beam indicator and relay turn on when the switch is turned on I don't think the switch is bad.
It seems to me there is a problem between the relay and the bulbs. Or maybe it's the computer.
Any thoughts?

Does this have daytime running lamps?
