Possibly could be corrosion on the cable connections, both ends. It will strart up in the morinings however even after sitting as long as I haven't let it stall with the headlights. Have them checked and let us know the results. To properly diagnose the system takes a little time and knowledge. If you want the basics of the test just let us know and someone will help you.
