In most instances, you'll have to remove whatever is in the way to get to the lamp. (battery, air box, ect.) On the other hand, just had a Cadillac in the other day that we had to remove a plastic cover and part of the grille to gain access. Loren SW Washington Carls-bat New User Jan 24, 2009, 12:01 PM Post #3 of 3 (950 views) Re: Headlamp Replacement Sign In Thanks, I had to remove the air filter assy., and then it was just a rubber dust cover. 1/8 turn counter clockwise to remove the plug and bulb, ease the bulb straight out of plug.
