HOLDEN VECTRA WARN LIGHT FLASH

Make of vehicle holden
Model of vehicle VECTRA gl
Engine size 2.2
Mileage/Kilometers 155,000
from half year ago,my car's T/C,EMOSSION,ABS,AIR BAG light flash after I start my car in the fist 3 kilometre.
Everyday there are 1~3time.
Sometimes ,the car get FAULT after flash,then I have to stop and restart my car.
I got the battery voltage:
normal:14.1_14.3 V
Flash: 15.3~19.17 V
Can any one help?

Bit confused - you said "Flash: 15.3~19.17 V" ?
Are you seeing those voltages at a certain time?
Hope not - that's damagingly too high if so,
