HID Headlight kit Sign In
I live in Wisconsin and have a 1995 Mercury Grand Marquis and I'm considering installing an HID headlight kit does anyone have any input on how legal this is, and how practical?

for checking legality, I would look for information at www.dot.wi.gov. Thats the website for the Wisconsin DOT.
