HELP, truck won't start

this morning my truck wouldn't start, the battery wasn't dead after trying to charge it. it's making a clicking noise in the fuse panel and the sylonoid, so I changed them all, but now it's making a clicking noise in the motor??? and still won't start, could it be the alternator??? 2002 ford f 150 5.4L

It sounds like you have a bad connection somewhere. Start off with cleaning the battery terminals & cables..........
