Hey guys, recently I leant my car which had a flat battery to my brother. After leaving from his destination he had to jump start the car via jumper leads, the car made it home. The next day I replaced the dead battery correctly and tryed to start the car. It turned over fine but would not start. So.... I checked the front fuse box and replaced an EFI fuse, the car now started. However the car now has no window wipers, tailights dash lights, interior lights. I have checked the fuse box inside however all fuses appear fine. The headlights work fine. So now I am stuck.
Any help would be greatly apprecieated, thankyou.

S15man; Sounds as if the 'jumper' cables may have been crossed at some point. Check all of the fuses and circuit breakers. You'll see what's called 'Maxi-fuses'. Check those as well.
