Fusible Link Chey k20

Unable to locate the fusible link on 1986 Chey HD Pickup. Have checked all wires leading to firewall, all check out. When you turn the key the voltage drops. The Truck is completely dead, The horn won't blow, Headlights don't light, Radio doesnot play. Any ideas?? Thanks

The fuse link I believe is down at the starter main cable connection. I don’t know if that is the problem but it’s a place to start looking?
